06/13/07 - EMS Outfielder is now Integrated with EmergiLink's Online Database of Critical Medical Information

EMS Outfielder now includes integration with EmergiLink's online tools for obtaining real-time critical medical information. This technology makes it possible for medics to respond to an unconscious patient and, within seconds, obtain the patient's medical history and allergies simply by obtaining a fingerprint using a Bluetooth fingerprint reader.

Here's how it works: Create a new PCR in EMS Outfielder Click the "EmergiLink Search" button Search for a patient in the database by fingerprint, Social Security Number or Name and Date of Birth If a patient match is found in the database your EMS Outfielder PCR will be automatically populated with the patient's contact information, medical history, allergies, and insurance information.

06/13/06 - New Assessment Page in the PCR Screen of EMS Outfielder

EMS Outfielder's latest release includes a new Assessment page in the PCR screen. The Assessment page will make entering medical examination and injury data a breeze! Simply click on the desired body region. Then select your injury and examination results from the easy-to-use user definable pick-lists.
