Software Developer & Consultant

We are seeking programmers with exceptional inter-personal skills to join our team. Ideal candidates will love to program and will be able to communicate effectively with both clients and other staff. Starts:     ASAP

Hours:     8am to 5pm Monday through Friday, occasional overtime

Salary:    $50,000 to $70,000 DOE. Raises commensurate with billable hours.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Math skills
• Exceptional troubleshooting capability
• Experience developing data systems
• Must be a team-player, willing to adhere to company programming standards
• Ability and willingness to play an integral role in all phases of software development (specification development, design, development, testing, implementation, support, and updates)
• Must be willing and able to meet project deadlines

Programming experience:

• ASP and/or ASP.NET
• Transact SQL
• Javascript, VBScript
• C++, C# preferred
• PHP preferred

Consulting Experience:

• Willingness and ability to meet with existing and potential clients
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Ability to assess client needs
• Ability to work well with clients on technical support issues
• Project management skills

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field with 3 years work experience

  7 years programming experience
